The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup trophy will be on display in Bristol on Saturday 4 May!
The ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy Tour, is currently on a 100-day tour of England and Wales ahead of this summer’s tournament.
The people of Bristol will get a chance to see the trophy up close and personal as it visits the city this month for a ‘Super Saturday’ event in Broadmead.
The trophy has been on tour since the 19 February, travelling the length and breadth of the country, taking in sky diving in Devon to pottery making in Stoke.
It’s Bristol’s turn soon, as the trophy visits the city for a day of cricket, music, dancing and much more!
Broadmead will host the final ‘Super Saturday’ of the #CWCTrophyTour on Saturday 4 May, and if previous ones are anything to go by, Bristol is in for a treat!
There will be an opportunity to get your photo taken with the Cricket World Cup trophy, as well as the chance to take part in cricket activities with some famous faces at the event, which takes place between 11am and 5pm in Broadmead.
