Activity Description:
VI Runners Bristol is aimed at anyone that is blind or VI that would like to give running a go. We have a team of England Athletics trained running guides that will be able to start you with run/walk, and take you all the way to completing a marathon. Running can be a great way to improve your physical health but also helps both mental health, and self-confidence. We meet regularly every week on Wednesday evenings. Go for a run and often pop into a local pub afterwards.

Any level of fitness very welcome. No previous experience needed.

Yes we are always looking for new fully sighted guide runners to become part of the group. To help guide the VI runners.

Various locations around Bristol, contact the group to find out the latest location that we will be running.

Blind and visually impaired people with no previous running or fitness level required.
We are the only local VI running group in the Bristol area. Open to all levels.

Our running is always free for all taking part.
What should participants wear/ Bring?:
Wear the normal clothes that you would wear to the gym, or any other form of general exercise. Useful to have a change of clothes for afterwards.
